Publish SEO Rocket articles directly to your WordPress.com website.
The WordPress.com integration lets SEO Rocket automatically publish generated articles to your WordPress.com hosted site. Once connected, your scheduled articles can be published without manual copy and paste.
This integration is designed specifically for WordPress.com hosted websites.
Important: If you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site, use the WordPress.org integration instead.
What This Integration Does
When connected, SEO Rocket can:
Publish articles directly to your WordPress.com site
Send titles, content, images, and SEO metadata automatically
Publish articles based on your calendar schedule
Keep your blog updated without logging into WordPress
Once connected, publishing runs on autopilot as long as your subscription is active.
How to Connect Your WordPress.com Site
Connecting WordPress.com uses a simple, guided setup wizard.
Step 1: Start the Connection
Go to Settings β Integrations
Find WordPress.com
Click Enable Integration
You will be redirected to WordPress.com to authorize access.
Step 2: Authorize SEO Rocket
Log in to your WordPress.com account if prompted
Review the requested permissions
Approve access so SEO Rocket can publish content on your behalf
SEO Rocket only requests the permissions required to publish articles.
Step 3: Select Your Site
After authorization, you will see a list of WordPress.com sites associated with your account.
Select the site you want to connect
Confirm your selection
If you manage multiple WordPress.com sites, make sure you select the correct one.
Step 4: Connection Complete
Once selected, you will see a success screen showing:

Confirmation that publishing is enabled
Your WordPress.com site is now connected.
What Happens After You Connect
After the integration is complete:
Articles scheduled in your SEO Rocket calendar can be published automatically
Published articles will appear on your WordPress.com blog
Titles, images, and SEO metadata are included automatically
You can still review and edit articles before publishing if auto-publishing is disabled
If auto-publishing is enabled, SEO Rocket will publish articles for you based on your calendar schedule.
Disconnecting WordPress.com
You can disconnect your WordPress.com site at any time.
Go to Settings β Integrations
Find the WordPress.com integration
Click Disconnect
Disconnecting will stop automatic publishing.
Already published articles will remain on your site.
Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure your site is hosted on WordPress.com, not WordPress.org
Ensure you have permission to publish posts on the selected site
If you manage multiple sites, double check the selected site during setup
If publishing fails, reconnect the integration and try again
