The Billing page shows your current subscription, plan details, renewal date, and upgrade or downgrade options. Everything is designed to help you manage your account without stress.

Managing Your Subscription

SEO Rocket gives you full control over your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your payment method at any time from the Billing tab in your Account Settings.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

  1. Navigate to Account Settings β†’ Billing.

  2. Review the available plans and click the Upgrade or Change Plan button next to the plan you'd like to switch to.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change.

Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. If you downgrade, the new lower rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Account Settings β†’ Billing.

  2. Click the Manage Billing in Stripe button.

  3. You will be redirected to our secure billing portal managed by Stripe.

  4. Under Payment Methods, you can add a new card, remove an existing one, or set a different card as your default.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go. If you need to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, so you can continue to use all of your remaining credits.

  1. Navigate to Account Settings β†’ Billing.

  2. Click the Manage Billing in Stripe button.

  3. You will be redirected to our secure billing portal managed by Stripe.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your plan.

Once canceled, your workspace will remain accessible until the end of your billing cycle. After that date, your workspace will be deactivated and you will not be charged again.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Navigate to Account Settings β†’ Billing.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Danger Zone section.

  3. Click the Delete Account button.

  4. A confirmation modal will appear. To confirm that you understand this action is permanent, type DELETE into the text field.

  5. Click the final Delete Account button to complete the process.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and any active subscriptions will be canceled immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Renewal Information

Your renewal date is displayed at the bottom of the Billing page.
This tells you when your subscription will renew next.

If you need to make changes before renewal, simply upgrade or downgrade at any time.
