Overview
The Team Members tab is where you manage who has access to the current workspace.
Each workspace has its own team, which keeps clients, projects, and brands neatly separated.
You can invite new members, assign roles, and remove access at any time.
This is especially helpful for agencies or businesses with multiple collaborators.
Current Members
At the top of the page you will see a list of all team members who have access to the workspace.
Each member includes:
Name
Email address
Role (Owner or Member)
Status (Active or Pending)
The Owner has full control over workspace settings, publishing, and permissions.
Members can view and manage content depending on the access you assign.
Invite Team Members
To add someone new, click the Add Team Member button.
You will enter their email and send an invitation directly from SEO Rocket.
Once invited, the user will receive an email with a secure link.
If they already have an SEO Rocket account, they will be added to the workspace immediately after accepting.
If they do not have an account yet, they will create one first and then gain access.
Each invitation only applies to the current workspace.
If you want the same person added to another workspace, simply switch workspaces and send them another invite.
There are no limits. You can add as many team members as you need.
Removing Team Members
If you need to remove someone from a workspace, you can do so directly from the member list.
Removing a member only affects the current workspace.
It does not delete their account or remove them from other workspaces they belong to.
Why Team Members Matter
The Team Members tab makes it easy to collaborate without sharing passwords or giving full account access.
Agencies can give each client their own workspace.
Businesses can bring in marketing teammates, writers, or managers.
Everyone stays organized, and your publishing workflow stays safe and simple.
