Auto-Publishing in SEO Rocket eliminates the need to log into your CMS to publish posts manually. Once your CMS is connected, SEO Rocket automatically pushes your completed articles live on your website based on your content calendar schedule.
This feature streamlines your publishing workflow, ensuring consistent posting without the extra steps of copying, pasting, or manually uploading content.
What Auto-Publishing Does
When Auto-Publishing is enabled, SEO Rocket publishes your finished articles directly to your connected CMS (such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or Wix).
Once your articles are scheduled in the Calendar, SEO Rocket automatically handles publishing them on their assigned dates — one article per day by default.
No manual action is needed once your integration is active and your schedule is set.
How It Works
Connect Your CMS
Go to Settings → Integrations and connect your website platform.Generate Your Articles
Add keywords, schedule your posts, and let SEO Rocket generate them automatically.Schedule from the Calendar
Use the Calendar View to assign articles to specific days.Automatic Publishing
On the scheduled date, SEO Rocket will publish the article directly to your CMS.
You can plan and queue a week, a month, or even an entire quarter of content — SEO Rocket will take care of the publishing automatically.
Manual vs Auto-Publishing
With Auto-Publishing:
Your articles will automatically publish to your website once they reach the Published status.Without Auto-Publishing:
Articles stay in the Generated stage until you manually publish them from inside the SEO Rocket editor.
This allows full flexibility — you can review and make edits before publishing or let the system handle it entirely.
Editing Published Articles
Once an article is published, you can still make changes directly in the SEO Rocket Editor.
When you click Save, your updates automatically sync with the live version on your connected website.
No extra steps are required — SEO Rocket keeps your published content up to date automatically.
Why Auto-Publishing Matters
Auto-Publishing helps you:
Maintain a consistent publishing schedule without daily effort
Keep your blog active and optimized for search engines
Focus on strategy instead of repetitive publishing tasks
Work in batches and plan content weeks or months in advance
This feature is designed to support consistent growth by ensuring your website always has fresh, high-quality content going live on time.
Things to Know
Auto-Publishing only works if your site is connected through Settings → Integrations.
You can still reschedule or delete any post before it’s published.
SEO Rocket publishes one article per day by default to follow SEO best practices and maintain a natural posting rhythm.
Supported CMS platforms include WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Wix.
Auto-Publishing keeps your content strategy running smoothly and your website consistently updated — even when you’re not online. It’s one of SEO Rocket’s most powerful tools for effortless, scalable content management.
Subscription Requirement
To keep your automated publishing running, your SEO Rocket subscription must remain active.
If your subscription expires or is paused:
Queued articles will not generate or publish.
Your existing published articles will remain live on your website.
Once your subscription is reactivated, SEO Rocket will resume generating and publishing from where it left off.
You can plan your calendar as far in advance as you like, but articles will only generate and publish while your account is active.
