The Calendar is your central hub for planning and automating content generation inside SEO Rocket. It helps you organize, schedule, and monitor your articles so your publishing workflow runs smoothly on autopilot. Whether you’re posting daily, weekly, or testing new content cadences, the Calendar gives you a clear view of everything in motion — from upcoming posts to completed ones.

What the Calendar Does

Your Calendar shows all your upcoming and completed articles in one simple view. It’s where you plan your content pipeline, adjust your schedule, and keep track of progress across multiple articles and keywords.

At the top, you’ll see a message such as “You have 5 Queued Articles.” This indicates how many articles are ready to be scheduled or generated. From here, you can view your keyword list or use the Autofill Calendar button to automatically fill your schedule with queued articles, one per day.

Each article card on your calendar displays key information, including:

  • The keyword or article title

  • Search volume data

  • Current article status (Queued, Generating, Processing, Generated, or Published)

  • SEO Score (once generated)

You can also interact directly with each article card to customize its settings, delete it, or adjust its schedule.

How It Fits Into Your Workflow

The Calendar connects directly with your Keyword List and Integrations.

  • When you add a keyword to the calendar, SEO Rocket automatically queues it for generation on the assigned date.

  • Once generated, your article can either be auto-published (if your CMS is connected) or reviewed manually in the editor before publishing.

This structure ensures your content plan stays consistent and predictable — helping you maintain an active blog without needing to log in and publish manually every day.

Quick Access Options

At the top of the Calendar, you’ll see navigation and display options:

  • Calendar View: A monthly grid layout that shows your posts on specific dates.

  • Year View: A scrollable overview for long-term planning.

  • Table View: A simplified list format showing all scheduled, queued, and published articles.

Each view offers a different way to manage your publishing schedule depending on how you like to visualize your content pipeline.

Why the Calendar Matters

Consistency is one of the most powerful ranking factors in SEO. The Calendar makes it easy to plan ahead and maintain that consistency with minimal effort. Whether you’re managing a handful of posts or running a full-scale content operation, SEO Rocket’s Calendar keeps everything organized and on schedule — so your content keeps working even when you’re not.
