Manage Workspaces

This page lets you manage every workspace tied to your account. Workspaces are separate environments with their own content calendars, articles, settings, and team members.

If you are on the Business Plan, you will have one workspace.
If you are on the Agency Plan, you can manage up to ten.

Workspace List

Each workspace shows:

  • Workspace name

  • Workspace creation date

  • Number of members

  • Workspace status or badge (for example, crown icons for active client spaces)

This helps you quickly identify which workspace belongs to which client or project.

Add Workspace

If your plan allows additional workspaces, you will see the Add Workspace button at the top right. Clicking this lets you create a new workspace instantly.

Each new workspace gets:

  • Its own dashboard

  • Its own article pipeline

  • Separate keyword research

  • Separate calendar

  • Independent publishing settings

Reordering Workspaces

Each workspace includes a drag handle icon.
This lets you rearrange your list in any order you like.
It is especially helpful for agencies that want to group client spaces together.

Deleting a Workspace

Each workspace has a red Delete button.
Deleting a workspace removes:

  • All articles

  • All settings

  • All scheduled content

  • All members tied to that workspace

Once deleted, the workspace cannot be recovered, so confirm before removing it.

Workspace Members

Each workspace displays the number of active members.
Members can be added or removed within the workspace settings.
Your plan includes unlimited team members, so there are no limits here.
